2. Complete the full application

Complete the online application form above and upload or email your required documents to applications@fevertreefinance.co.za: colour copy of your ID, latest three months’ bank statements and your Firefrog quotation.

3. Place your Firefrog order!

Once your account is processed and the necessary checks are complete, you are ready to place your order with your Firefrog sales representative or online.

1. What can I expect during the application process?

These are the basic steps to completing your online application:

1) Complete your personal details.

2) Upload or send through your supporting documents.

3) Answer some questions by a FeverTree customer care agent.

4) Use your account to pay for your order immediately after approval (no waiting period).

5) Pay your account off over the repayment term selected.

2. What documentation is required?

Colour copy of your ID, last three months’ bank statements and your Firefrog quotation. You can upload the documents on the online application, or email it through to applications@fevertreefinance.co.za

3. What are the qualifying criteria?

You need to be between the ages of 18 and 65, earn a minimum of R5 000 a month and be a responsible credit user.

4. How long does the application process take?

Pre-approval happens within 30 seconds and you can be approved within 30 minutes, it all depends when your supporting documents are submitted.

5. I did not receive a response after doing the SMS pre-approval?

The SMS costs R1.50 and will unfortunately not work if you are trying to use a free SMS.

6. How do I pay my account?

Payments are via debit order on your selected payment date.

7. Can I settle my account early?

Yes! And there is no penalty for early settlement. Simply get in contact with FeverTree.

8. How do I shop?

Online, simply select Firefrog Account (FeverTree) at checkout. In-store, simply give your ID number at tillpoint.

9. What happens if I cancel my shopping order?

Once your order has been cancelled, the merchant will request for the amount to be credited back onto your account.
